ADMISSIONS & WITHDRAWALS
The School is open admission to both boys and girls irrespec-
tive of caste, creed or social status.
Age, Ability and conduct of the pupil will be the criteria for
admission. Admission to all classes are granted on merit af-
ter the test and interview of the candidate.
Parents should be present at the time of the interview.
While seeking admission the following documents are to be
produced.
1. Birth Certificate
2. Transfer Certificate, Progress Card
3. Aadhar Card & 2 Photograph
DISMISSAL
Irregular attendance, habitual idleness, disobedience or defi-
ance of authority, malpractice in connection with examina-
tions, lack of sufficient improvement in conduct and studies
even after warnings, or conduct injurious to the moral tone of
the school are sufficient reasons for the dismissal of a
student.
A student who fails more than once in the same
class shall be removed from the rolls. The decision of the
Principal shall be final in this matter.
ATTENDANCE & LEAVE OF ABSENCE
1. The application for leave should be made onthe page set for the
purpose in the school diary.
2. Incase of absence without leave, the student on returning to
school must have the reason of absence certified very briefly by
his/her parents in the school diary on the page set aside or it.
3. A student requiring leave for any part of a day on account of
sudden illness or such unavoidable circumstances should obtain
the permission of the class teacher & Principal before leaving the
school. Absence record signed by parent/guardian shall be
submitted the next working day itself.
4. For granting sick beyond 3 days, a medical Certificate, shall be
produced.
5. Continuous absence for 15 days from school without permission
will lead to the removal of the student’s name from the school
register. Insuch cases, Re-admission will be done with a written
request. Re-admission cannot be claimed as a matter of right.
The school authorities will have full discretion in this matter.
6. No child suffering from any contagious or infectious
disease shall be permitted to attend the classes.
